  • Mr. Sandeep Mudalkar is a leading authority in AI Cyber Security, digital forensics, and cyber policy, specializing in the protection of AI-driven systems, critical digital infrastructure, data privacy, and emerging technologies. His work focuses on securing intelligent systems against cyber threats, misinformation, digital crime, and regulatory risks in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
  • He worked with Governments and public institutions on AI security strategy, cyber policy formulation, online harm mitigation, misinformation defense, and implementation of security frameworks for emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud platforms, and smart governance systems. He has played a key advisory role in shaping cybersecurity standards, AI governance, IT regulations, and national digital security policies, and is empanelled with the National e-Governance Division (MeitY) and the National Institute of Smart Governance(NISG).
  • Recognized as the youngest cybercrime investigator and a self-trained AI Cyber Security & Digital Forensics Expert, Mr. Mudalkar holds a postgraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, along with a PG Diploma in Cyber Law & IPR and a PG Diploma in Criminal Justice & Forensic Science from the University of Hyderabad.
